Danish-Swedish Farmdogs or DSFs are a wonderful family pet.  They are wonderful with children, love to snuggle and are not incessant barkers.  They do need about 60 minutes of exercise a day to keep them happy.  This can be in the form of walks, fetch, or running in the yard.  They love to snuggle in with you and keep you company.  They are not a breed for everyone.  If you want a dog just to look pretty on the couch this is not the dog for you.  They will happily do any activity with you though- barn hunt, agility, fast cat, fly ball, dock diving, you name it.  If it's with their person the will happily do it.
